Kit is a detail-oriented professional with over 30 years of experience in inspection, project management, building design and construction. He is a certified REAC/NSPIRE inspector with over 1000 inspections to date. He has the ability to do accurate estimates and a track record for his people friendly approach. Kit is a leader in his field, consistently achieving or exceeding goals.
Kit is currently living in Upstate New York. He is a true family man, he loves the outdoors and can often be found with a good book, having his morning coffee before starting the workday.
Rene v.d. Merwe - Operations Manager
Rene has been managing operations for more than 20 years. Her strong suit is customer support — she loves solving problems and organizing. Rene speaks multiple languages and has worked on 3 continents. She is the point of contact for the company and loves being in this role.
Rene lives in Macedon, NY, she owns cats, and can often be found reorganizing cupboards and building jigsaw puzzles.
Heather Rautio - Capital Needs Analyst
Heather has 20+ years’ experience facilitating and creating business and technical processes. She is exceptional at translating business and IT stakeholder capability needs into actionable functional and technical requirements for data integration and interoperability, with gap analysis. She excels at distilling complex issues into 4-5-page executive level presentations.
Heather lives in Pennsylvania, she loves Mountain Dew, researching genealogies and is a fan of anything to do with Lord of the Rings.
